Whether you have two dozen conference attendees or half a dozen executives looking for a private sunrise safari, need a great experience for your wedding guests, or simply something to occupy the time while you get your photos or a family reunion that needs more than a restaurant dinner to bring three generations together — we will design an adventure that all ages and abilities can share.

We provide snacks and hot and cold beverages. We cannot serve alcohol but we can coordinate a visit to a restaurant or bar in or adjacent to the national park as part of the tour.

Private Safaris — Small Groups

Small groups get the full Guides of Jackson Hole experience — a private vehicle, a passionate expert naturalist, and complete control over your day.

Large Group Safaris — Conferences, Reunions & Wedding Parties

For bigger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles and guides, so everyone gets the same expert attention. We work with your event planner, PA, or whoever is holding the family together this year to sort out the logistics — so all you have to do is show up.

Why It Works

Nature has a way of cutting through the noise. Spotting a grizzly or watching a bull moose wade through a river at dawn tends to put things in perspective — and gives your group a shared story that outlasts the trip itself.

For corporate groups, that story gets told at the next all-hands. For wedding parties, it becomes part of how the weekend is remembered. For families, it is the moment that finally gets Grandpa and the teenagers talking about something other than their phones.

We have led hundreds of private tours across Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We know where the wildlife will be, and we know how to make a group of people — whether they are business colleagues, newlyweds, or relatives who haven’t seen each other in years — feel completely at ease in the wild.

Price Includes:

• Guides: One Guide per Vehicle. They handle the driving, natural history commentary, wildlife spotting, and any questions your group throws at them.
• Binoculars and spotting scopes with phone attachments for easy viewing and taking photographs/video,
• Auto gratuity
• National Park Entry. The Park Service charges a $20/person/park fee Unlike our normal tours it is more efficient if we pay this directly the entrance station.
• Snacks, hot and cold drinks and  lunches on Full Day Tours.
• Vehicles: Luxurious Ford Expedition SUVs or 15-seater Vans. Larger vehicles reduce the opportunities for wildlife viewing.

Price Does Not Include

• Charcuterie board on Grand Teton evening tours $35/head.
• We cannot provide alcoholic beverages.
• Options to visit restaurants or bars withing or adjacent to the National Park are available.
